Our stay at the hotel was overall quite enjoyable with a few areas for improvement. The room was beautiful and spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. Although we didn’t visit any of the pools, we did notice some thoughtful touches like free water and sunscreen. Housekeeping was exceptional, checking on us daily to ensure we had everything we needed. The free shuttle to and from town was also very convenient, although it ended at 4:30 PM. Extending the shuttle service until 2 AM, even if less frequent, would be fantastic and I’d argue an expectation for such a premium hotel. Valet parking was $23 per day, but walking to the car was often easier due to how close everything is within the property so my recommendation is to keep your keys if possible. One area for improvement is the included ‘continental’ breakfast at The Grove, which only offered fruits, pastries, and juice if purchased as part of the Booking.com package. If you have gluten or other allergies, it's not worth purchasing ahead of time, and you may be better off ordering from the menu. We tried addressing this directly with the hotel but they told us to contact Booking.com. So we tried contacting Booking.com about this but received no response and were very disappointed that we paid for a breakfast we couldn’t eat. Despite these minor drawbacks, our experience was quite positive, and we appreciated the many thoughtful amenities provided by the hotel.

David

Nicely laid out with beautiful swimming pools and beach access. Our townhouse was very large and mostly well equipped. Staff were very nice especially Mark at the pool.

Corrine

Great rooms, comfortable bads, and L’occitane cosmetic in bath. 4 different pools with warm water. A self serviced water for drinking.

Simon

Great location, no smelly sargassum, multiple pools on property, restaurant on property, nice villas and amenities.

Chatel

The atmosphere is amazing. The grounds are beautiful and the pools and The Grove eating area are both awesome.
